Paul J. LaBue, one of the more highly respected culinary experts in the world famous Hamptons, on Long Island’s East End, is the Executive Chef and Catering Director of Beach House Catering + Events, the Hamptons’ “NEW” entertainment mecca located on EHIT & The Clubhouse Restaurant property in Wainscott, New York.
In 2012, Chef LaBue partnered with The Seafood Shop, transforming and elevating the off-premise catering to world-class standards. For the past 7 years, fashion mavens, business leaders, celebrities, and Wall Street moguls, made The Seafood Shop Catering Co. a top choice in the Hamptons. Now Chef Paul LaBue brings more than 25 years of culinary experience and event catering with his own “NEW” catering company. Beach House Catering + Events is a boutique catering co. offering globally inspired Chef driven coastal cuisine. Perfect for a summer spectacular party, intimate wedding, or sunset clambake.
At 21, Chef LaBue, graduated with honors from the Academy of Culinary Arts, soon to become head chef at The Wyckoff Inn in New Jersey, and later, became sous chef & pastry chef at the fabled Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton, NY. Choosing to stay in the Hamptons, Chef LaBue, at 31, opened The Beacon in Sag Harbor, NY, as their Executive Chef. In 2006, Chef LaBue became Chef De Cuisine for the long running and respected, Laundry restaurant, and in 2010, was named Executive Chef/Partner for the highly acclaimed Navy Beach in Montauk, NY.

BEACH HOUSE CATERING + EVENTS will let you know a rough estimate of the cost based on the information given to us at that time.
It will not be perfect; however it will give us all a sense of the cost and time involved in preparing such an event. If this estimate meets your expectations, we can go forward with the catering event.

HORS D’ OEUVRES
Add passed hors d’oeuvres selections to any menu as a tasty preview to your meal. This service creates movement, variety and a social environment.
Need to please everyone? Go for a traditional buffet. Gives plenty of choices to those who want variety.
A unique party design combining multiple stations around a room or in different areas around your event. An exciting alternative to the traditional buffet and more interactive then a plated dinner. Our Chefs prepare your guests food right before their eyes.
This service for more formal events with more of an elegant atmosphere. These are almost always served in courses, cooked to order, plated and served as though you were dining in a restaurant environment.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
When you are not interested in staffing your next event but are expecting The same quality ingredients then this is for you. This service does require a 24 hr minimum notice and up to 72 hours on certain BBQ items.
***There is a $25. delivery fee and a $300. minimum on food being delivered.
This service allows plenty of options for your guests without standing on line. Your food is plattered, presented and passed by either your guests or from our waitstaff.
